Taryn Reif joined the cast of ABC's "One Life to Live" in 2001,
where she can be seen playing the role of Shawna Quinlan.
Taryn was born in New York City, on February 13, 1976. She was brought up
in between New York City and a town right outside of a city
in New Jersey, called Montclair.
It was in New York City that she worked her first
acting/modeling job at two months old.
Before joining "One Life to Live," Taryn appeared on MTV's "Undressed."
As a kid, Taryn appeared on "The Doctors", "As The World Turns", and "Guiding Light".
She was given the part Shawna after the casting director of "One Life to Live"
remembered her from screen testing for the part of Jen Rappaport.
